By accessing this website or by inquiring about, reserving, or booking entertainment services from DJMCJAG ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not submit an inquiry or book our services.

DJMCJAG, Justino Antonio Garcia (JAG), provides professional private event entertainment services, which may include:

• Professional Disc Jockey (DJ) services for weddings, corporate events, and private parties
• Master of Ceremonies (MC) services, announcements, and event flow coordination
• Crowd motivation and on-floor interaction to energize your guests
• Karaoke hosting with access to our catalog of popular songs
• Video DJ services
• Ordained wedding officiant services
• Event timeline planning and production coordination
• Destination event entertainment within and outside of Southern California

The specific services included in your booking will be detailed in your individual proposal and agreement. These terms apply in addition to any event-specific terms agreed in writing.

Submitting an inquiry through our contact form, by phone, or by text expresses your interest in booking JAG for a specific date. It does not by itself confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only once a date is reserved and the agreed deposit and signed agreement are received.

Date availability changes quickly, and dates can fill up to 18 months in advance. We recommend inquiring as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

A deposit may be required to reserve your date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your booking agreement. Your date is not held or guaranteed until the deposit and signed agreement are received.

The remaining balance is due according to the schedule outlined in your agreement. Payment methods and due dates will be confirmed directly with you during the booking process.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including any refund of your deposit, are detailed in your individual booking agreement and may vary based on timing and circumstances.

In the event of a reschedule, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your new date subject to availability. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date as outlined in your agreement.

To help us deliver the best possible experience, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event details including date, time, venue, and guest count
• Secure any required venue permissions, permits, or noise restrictions
• Provide a safe and suitable performance area with adequate power supply
• Communicate music preferences, timelines, and special requests in a timely manner
• Ensure venue access and load-in arrangements are coordinated for the agreed arrival time

JAG is based in Highland, California and regularly serves Southern California including Orange County, the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and San Diego. JAG also travels for destination events and has performed across multiple states and internationally.

For events outside the local service area, travel, lodging, and related logistics may apply and will be discussed and agreed as part of your booking. Any travel fees will be clearly outlined in your proposal.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performing under these terms when that failure is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, severe weather, public health emergencies, government restrictions, venue closures, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule the engagement or otherwise address the situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of DJMCJAG arising out of or related to the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific engagement at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

The client is responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests and for any damage to property caused by guests during the event.

All content on this website, including the DJMCJAG name, logo, photography, video, music mixes, and written content, is the property of DJMCJAG and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. Event photography and video featuring JAG may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.

This website links to third-party platforms, including our WeddingWire review profile, our Instagram, and our JAGclient planning portal. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites and services. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.
